Who it’s for

Teams that need
to be heard.

  • Leadership teams

Town halls, board updates and the conversations that decide things.

  • Teams that pitch or present

Sales, client and internal presentations that need to be clear and short.

  • Organisations growing their speakers

Give people the confidence to represent the business in public.

How we work together

Start with your team, not a template.

We talk about the room your people are walking into, who they need to communicate with and what needs to change. That shapes the workshop around your people, your goals and your real situations.

  2. Work on what matters

Your team works on its own presentations, pitches, updates and conversations. People practise aloud, try different approaches and discover what works, rather than relying on generic case studies.

  3. Improve in the moment

I provide clear, kind and honest feedback while people practise. We make adjustments together, giving participants the chance to experience what works and why.

  4. Take it back to work

We focus on practical approaches participants can apply to their everyday communication. Where appropriate, follow-up support can help people continue developing their skills.

Workshops are quoted after a short chat about the group, the goal and the date.

Client story · Names and company details changed

The organisation that turned presentation training into better everyday communication

The Northbridge Consulting team

Professional services business, 14 participants

Client
Northbridge Consulting, a professional services business.
Participants
14 project leads and senior managers.
The challenge
Unclear client updates, inconsistent presentations and meetings that rarely ended with an agreed decision.

The situation

Northbridge had talented people who understood their clients and their projects.

But the business had noticed a recurring problem.

Presentations were too detailed. Client updates often began with background rather than the decision needed. Different project leads used completely different approaches to explaining progress.

Senior managers also noticed that people were reluctant to challenge each other or give useful presentation feedback.

The organisation wanted practical development, not a generic public speaking course.

What we worked on

  • Discovery: Understanding the team’s real situations. Before the workshop, we reviewed the kinds of presentations, meetings and difficult conversations the team regularly faced. Participants brought examples of actual work, with confidential details removed where necessary.
  • Development: Creating shared approaches. The group worked on identifying a central message, structuring updates and explaining recommendations clearly. Each participant redesigned part of a real presentation rather than completing an unrelated classroom exercise.
  • Dynamics: Rehearsing together. We ran short presentations, realistic client questions and feedback exercises. Participants practised giving specific, constructive feedback rather than simply saying a presentation had been good.
  • Delivery: Taking it back to work. The team agreed a shared preparation checklist and a simple framework for presenting recommendations. Managers identified opportunities to practise the approach during regular meetings.

The result

The team completed a full-day workshop followed by a review session four weeks later.

At follow-up, 11 of the 14 participants reported using the new presentation structure in a client or internal meeting.

Managers reported clearer opening recommendations and more focused feedback between colleagues.

The real transformation

The workshop did more than improve individual presentations. It gave the team a shared way to communicate and challenge each other constructively.

Names and company details have been changed to protect confidentiality. One organisation’s story, not a promise of the same result.
