Stage Intelligence

What is Stage Intelligence?

Most coaching works on one thing: the words, the delivery or the nerves. In the room, they are never separate. Stage Intelligence works on all three together: Story, Presence and Impact.

The idea

Three parts, one talk

Say what matters. Show up as yourself. Make something change.

StoryWhat you sayPresenceHow you show upImpactWhat changesStageIntelligence
  1. Story · What you say

    Craft it.

Find the message worth remembering. We clarify your central idea, strengthen your argument and shape a story that makes sense to your audience.

Ask yourself: If they only remember one thing, what is it?

  2. Presence · How you show up

    Deliver it.

Bring confidence and authenticity to the room. We work on your voice, pace, body language and your ability to respond naturally, even when you are put on the spot.

Ask yourself: Do you sound like yourself when it matters?

  3. Impact · What changes

    Land it.

Turn attention into understanding and action. We make sure your audience follows your thinking, understands why it matters and knows what you want them to take away.

Ask yourself: What should they do differently afterwards?

In practice

What it looks like

Three examples of the kind of work. They are illustrations, not client stories.

  • A founder pitching investors next month

We find the one idea, build the story around it and rehearse the hard questions out loud.

  • A leader presenting to the board

We cut the slides to what the room needs, practise the opening and plan for the interruption.

  • A best man with a speech and the jitters

We write it in your voice, then rehearse until you can say it without notes.

Try it now

A two minute exercise

  1. Write down the one thing you want the room to remember. One sentence.
  2. Say it out loud, standing up, as if to one person you trust.
  3. Finish this line: “After this, I want them to…”

If the sentence felt clumsy, the Story needs work. If saying it felt odd, that is Presence. If you could not finish the last line, that is Impact.
