Stage Intelligence Coaching
Be prepared like you’re already on the stage
One to one coaching for the talk, the pitch or the speech that matters. We work on what you say, how you say it and what the room does next.

A way of preparing, not a package
Whether you need a script, your slides or some coaching, we work on what you say, how you say it and what the room does next.
Three examples of the kind of work. They are illustrations, not client stories.
We find the one idea, build the story around it and rehearse the hard questions out loud.
We cut the slides to what the room needs, practise the opening and plan for the interruption.
We write it in your voice, then rehearse until you can say it without notes.
The method
Craft it. Deliver it. Land it.
Three disciplines, worked on together, so the message, the delivery and the result all fit.
Script, slides or notes that sound like you.
You leave with a message people can repeat.
You leave with a recorded run and the three things to change.
We plan what happens after you stop talking.
You leave with answers ready for the hard questions.
The four stages
How we get you there
Discovery
We map the room: who is in it, what they need and what success looks like.
Development
We find the one idea and shape the script, the slides or the notes around it.
Dynamics
We rehearse out loud, on your feet and recorded, and plan for the questions and the silences.
Delivery
You walk in ready. Afterwards we look at what landed and what to carry forward.
How coaching works
Built around you
One to one
Just you and me. Private, and built around your material and your room.
Online or in person
Most sessions run on Zoom, so you can work from anywhere. In person can be arranged for bigger projects.
One-off or ongoing
Get ready for one moment, or keep regular sessions going if you speak often.
The cost of coaching depends on the project. It is quoted after a short chat, once I know the room and the timeline.
Why it’s different
Why it’s different to other coaches and AI
Most coaching teaches everyone the same method. This starts with your room, your audience and how you actually speak.
Many coaches only work on how you deliver. I also help with the script and the slides, so the whole thing sounds like you.
AI can draft words. A person in the room watches you speak, hears where you rush and tells you which line the room didn’t believe.
We rehearse the real thing out loud, recorded, so you see what the room sees.
How it works
What working together actually looks like
One client journey, told in the four stages. Jessica T. is a Director of Sales Operations. She had made £50M in savings, and needed people to see the leadership behind the numbers.

Built a narrative that connected.
We focused on the story behind the results: the decisions made, the people involved, the challenges overcome and the thinking that moved the team forward.
What changed A story built around the thinking behind the numbers.

Rehearsed under pressure.
We said it out loud, tested what actually landed and kept what worked, so the message held up in front of real people.
What changed A message that held up in front of real people.

Leadership she could show.
The story moved from reporting the numbers to leading with the decisions and thinking behind them.
What changed Her leadership became visible, not just her content.

A stronger voice. A bigger platform.
Jessica’s leadership became visible, not just her content. She was invited to speak at a TEDx event on leading through change, and her promotion followed.
What changed A TEDx speaking invitation, and a promotion 18 months later.
