What is  and What Does Hypnotherapy Actually Do?

Hypnotherapy helps you change the way you think, feel, and respond.  It works directly with your subconscious mind.


It’s not about mind control or swinging watches. It’s a relaxed, focused state where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions, new beliefs, and lasting change.

Think of it as being at the theatre or cinema.  Your conscious mind knows it's all acting and not real.  But your sub-conscious really invests in the emotional, drama and effects.

 

In this state, we can:
